Q. Can I use same email id for registering another account?
A. Same email id could not work for registering another account on site because of security and integrity reasons.
Q. What if I forgot my password?
A. Simply email us using your registered email address and we will reset your password and mail you new one at your email id.
Q. Can I use same mobile number with a new email id for creating a new account?
A. No, our system recognizes your registered email id in integration with your registered mobile number. You can’t create a new account using previously registered email address with new mobile number or previously registered mobile number with new email id.
Q. What after registering with websms.pk?
A. After registering we will send you an activation code on your provided mobile number. Once entering your activation code in space provided you would be able to start using our service and we will send a confirmation email at your email id.
Q. Can I send same message to multiple recipients?
A. Yes you can send same text message up-to ten recipients in one time.
Q. Can I access my account using internet enabled mobile?
A. Yes you can also log in to your account using your internet enabled mobile phone in the same way as with your personal computer.
Q. How do I know my message has been delivered?
A. Our server confirms only the sending of message from our side; delivery is solely dependent on mobile networks.
Q. Can I delete my account permanently?
A. Yes you can delete you account permanently from our database by emailing us through your registered email id.
