• We hold no responsibility for timing of delivery at the end of network operators. The scope of our responsibility covers timely delivery of message from our server. To the maximum available relaxation by applicable law we accept no warranty including claims of any kind as to outcome of any piece of information posted on the site or obtained from the use of site or for any conduct of other users/visitors/members.  

5.    By using this site you agree to provide us true information for registration with site and also agree to update your personal user information in case of any change in previously registered contents. You agree not to send any such program and code that would be treated as virus, Trojan and would render harm to the site and third parties data.

8.    It is agreed that the operational rights of membership would only be exercised by you and there rights can not be transferred to any person directly by you and any such transfer of account would be treated as a violation of terms of service. If you found guilty of any such activity we reserve a right to seize your membership till the site administrator validate your activity after receiving a written request from your side.

9.    We reserve a right to deny access request to your member account if you found guilty of any of terms laid in this agreement down.

10.   We reserve a right to change the terms of use from time to time by direct update on the site and members are supposed to review these changes every time they visit the site.
